Funeral service, or celebration of life

Although it is an inevitable part of life, the loss of a loved one is incredibly difficult, and most of us find it hard to talk about death, and even more so, our wishes when it comes to funeral services.  We may lose the opportunity to explore all of the choices that are available to us, as we prepare to say our final goodbyes.
Using a celebrant for the service means having the ceremony you choose, breaking away from stiff formality and traditional ideas, where you can truly celebrate the life, love and achievements of the person who has died.
The funeral can be a simple farewell, or a real celebration of your loved ones passions, and a real opportunity to share with friends all of the good memories, and fun times you shared. It is important to remember that although this is a sad and difficult time, it is more than ok to share a funny story, or a silly song, it's perfectly ok to raise a smile or a laugh or two. 
In preparation for the service I will meet with your family at a place and time convenient to you to discuss all of your requirements, and listen to your memories, and build a picture of the person you have lost. 
Together we can choose poems, readings and music to create a unique ceremony that captures the originality of your loved one. 
I will then go away and create a perfectly bespoke service tailored to the needs of your family.
